We stayed at a hotel that was right in the centre of town, close to many attractions. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the big attractions and explore the city easily. The rooftop bar and small pool were nice additions to our stay.

That the inside room we had didn't have any daylight, which made it feel a bit dark and closed off.

silk queen exceeded all expectations. staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. comfortable rooms and perfect location near hoan kiem lake. receptionists were helpful and spoke english fluently. highly recommended.

We enjoyed the complementary fruit basket and the chocolate on the pillows. the location was perfect for us, close to lively streets and attractions. We also appreciated the small rooftop pool, great for a refreshing dip after a busy day exploring.

Our romantic escape was far from perfect. the room did not meet our expectations, it was small and lacking in natural light.
