We had a wonderful stay at Silverland. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. From the friendly driver who picked us up at the airport to the helpful receptionists, everyone was kind and attentive. the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city on foot. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served each morning. the service, food, and location truly exceeded our expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place as it was located in an upmarket area with all major attractions in walking distance. The staff, especially the receptionist, who handled our check-in were very helpful and friendly. This hotel had a nice swimming pool and a spa centre where we got full body massages and enjoyed the steam room. In addition, the room amenities such as the television, air conditioning and electric kettle were all well-maintained.

Had a bad experience with a taxi driver who charged us a ridiculous amount of money. Be careful and only take taxis with drivers who wear ties.

Stayed at Silverland for a few nights and had a great experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main street. The staff were incredibly kind and always took care of my requests without hesitation. The rooms, although not the largest, were still comfortable. The highlight was the lovely rooftop, where I enjoyed some drinks and the nice weather. The breakfast and high tea were delicious. a great hotel with a helpful staff and convenient location.

my recent stay at a hotel in ho chi minh city didn't quite meet my expectations. however, silverland exceeded them during this overnight stay. the staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to address any issues. the breakfast was delicious and the rooftop bar had a great atmosphere with stunning views.

Impeccable service and extreme courtesy by the staff. Sumptuous buffet breakfast and afternoon high-tea in an Old England-colonial style dining room. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Fab open-air rooftop jacuzzi and bar with views over the city and river. Convenient location overlooking the river. Free tea time snacks were a nice surprise. Helpful front desk staff who provided useful tips and information. Staff members Jean, Tiep, and Shin were amazing and went out of their way to help.
