It is right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, so you can easily explore the small streets and experience the local culture. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and luxurious amenities. The staff provides excellent service and goes above and beyond to make your stay special. The buffet breakfast offers a great selection, and the complementary snacks and drinks in the room are a nice touch.

Additionally, the hotel's location in the Old Quarter and its proximity to the lake made it extremely convenient for exploring the area.

Had a fab time at the hotel during Christmas break. the buffet breakfast was out of this world, they had a good variety. Loved the rooftop infinity pool that had a stunning view of the city, perfect for relaxing. the staff was very sweet and helpful and they offered us free drop to the airport. the hotel's location was great, close to the main attractions and shops.

Our family room was a bit cramped, could have been bigger. the hotel was more expensive than other 5-star hotels in the area, and at times it looked less luxurious than expected.

There was an issue with the airport transfer which caused some stress and inconvenience.

Our room was spacious with modern decor and impressive views of the city. the restaurant offered a delicious in-room breakfast and the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area were perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink.

The hotel is extremely clean with excellent quality materials. The bed is the best we've experienced in Vietnam. The location is perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff is amazing and super helpful. They even helped us book a car for the airport at a better price.
