As a travelling couple, our stay at Truc Loc was exceptional. The lovely host kindly upgraded our room at no extra cost and provided helpful recommendations. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the bustling ancient town, yet the hotel remained peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning and fresh towels. We made great use of the free bicycles offered by the hotel. we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

For the price we paid, we got great value at this cozy new hotel. The room was spacious, the bathroom convenient, and the bed super comfy. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bustling historical center. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, giving us helpful recommendations and even letting us store our luggage after we checked out.

The morning meal could use some improvement with more options and larger portions for the Banana Pancakes.

Truc Loc Villa definitely offered great value for money with its spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. The location was exceptional, just a few minutes away from the old town. Although not a major issue, the lack of natural light in the bedroom was a bit inconvenient. the shower door didn't effectively prevent water from spilling onto the bathroom floor, which could be a nuisance.

Although we didn't realize we needed to book the bikes, Can and the other staff were accommodating and helpful. The hotel's facilities such as free wi-fi, electric kettle, and air conditioning added to our comfortable stay. The option of paid airport shuttle was also convenient. The flat-screen TV, laundry service, and various activities like cycling, fishing, snorkeling. The availability of massages such as back massage, head massage, full body massage, and foot massage helped us relax even more. The outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing treat. The 24-hour reception and non-smoking rooms were additional pluses. All in all, our stay here was absolutely fantastic and highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable and delightful experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome. The room was clean, bright, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, being close to the river and within walking distance of the old town. The breakfast provided a wide selection of dishes, with big portions and a fruit plate. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities such as an outdoor pool and a coffee shop next door.
