The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was excellent, which made the check-in process smooth. the banana pancakes they made for us upon our arrival were delicious. the beautiful pool on site provided a calm and relaxing atmosphere after a busy day exploring.
