The value for money at Windsor was excellent, with upgraded rooms that were very nice and comfortable beds. The location was convenient, close to Chinese markets and shops. The staff were kind, helpful, and the shuttle bus service was good and reliable.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the friendly and helpful staff, the excellent beds, and the spacious rooms. The hotel's lovely pool and restaurants provided us with relaxation and delicious meals. The shuttle bus service to District 1 was a great convenience, allowing us to explore the city easily. the hotel provided us with a memorable and enjoyable holiday experience.

The rooms were lovely, with luxurious bedding and comfortable pillows. The bathroom facilities were great, and there were even fitness center amenities like spas and jacuzzis. The service at this hotel was top-notch, and they even have an underground air-conditioned shopping mall. I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel went above and beyond, surprising us with towel art, flowers, and chocolates in our room. It truly made our celebration memorable. Additionally, the club room we stayed in offered stunning views of the city, especially from the rooftop bar and restaurant where we enjoyed a wonderful dinner. The facilities in the evenings with drinks and snacks were also a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast options provided a great choice to start our day.
