The breakfast buffet was fantastic, especially the omelette and bread selection. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet, perfect for getting work done. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

We appreciated the fridge, safe, and iron with ironing board in our spacious room. The blackout curtains were a bonus, ensuring a good night's sleep.

I recently stayed at Protea Tower at Arcades for a few nights and it was fantastic. The staff, including Tracey, Chrispin, Felix, Bridget. They went above and beyond to ensure my boyfriend's surprise birthday dinner was a success. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, lovely shower, and all the necessary amenities like a fridge, safe. The blackout curtains were a nice touch. The location was convenient and the WiFi and air conditioning worked perfectly. a great experience.

We especially appreciated the helpful tips from the Duty Manager, and the extra effort from the Restaurant Manager to provide us with an early morning breakfast pack. The rooftop swimming pool was the cherry on top, offering stunning views of the city.

This hotel's location near a commercial area was one of the best features. It was so close to the mall, just a five-minute walk away, which was really convenient. I loved being right next to Arcades Mall and Acacia Park. The hotel facilities were in good condition, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast served in their rooftop restaurant was different and quite good.
