We had an amazing time at the lodge. the property was well-maintained with stunning views of the falls. We loved how the garden and park attracted wildlife, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the lodge staff were friendly and professional, ensuring all our needs were met. the food quality, especially for vegetarian diets, exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to come back to Ilala Lodge for another incredible stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel, and let me tell you, it was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk away from the falls. Being able to easily access the falls was a dream come true for me. The hotel itself is nestled in a large open area, surrounded by beautiful scenery and wildlife. It was such a treat to wake up in the morning and spot animals right outside my room. The service at this place was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and more. They were always friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

Perfectly situated near Victoria Falls Reserve, great outdoor dining options, locally sourced meals, outstanding friendly service, variety of outdoor activities, must-do dinner cruise with awesome river views and hippos.

I enjoyed the breakfast, with a good selection of fresh fruits and cooked breakfast options. the river trip was definitely a highlight with stunning scenery and wildlife to view. the drinks and snacks provided made it even better.

Not many negatives to mention, but maybe the hotel could have offered more restaurant options on site. Some of the nearby restaurants were closed which limited our choices, but overall we had a great stay.

During my recent stay at a lodge in Victoria Falls, I had a fantastic experience. The breakfast options were delicious, with a wide variety of pastries, cereals, yogurt, and beverages. The cook-to-order menu allowed me to have eggs prepared exactly how I liked them. The open-air restaurant provided a beautiful view of the garden, and there was plenty of patio seating available. The dinner menu offered a good selection of meat and vegetarian dishes, and my choices were absolutely wonderful. The location of the lodge was excellent, surrounded by lush greenery, and my room and bathroom were spacious and well laid out. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, even assisting me with coordinating my lost luggage with the airlines. The activities division arranged a day trip for me to Hwange, and airport transfers were smooth and well-coordinated. I highly recommend this lodge.

While my stay was great overall, I did have a few minor drawbacks. The restaurant menu could have had more options to choose from.
