This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was fantastic - from the stylishly designed rooms to the beautiful artwork in the garden, everything was meticulously done. The staff were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and cared for. I also loved the location of this hotel, nestled in a leafy suburb just a stone's throw away from the shops in Borrowdale Village. And let's not forget about the breakfast, which was simply delicious - enjoyed while basking in the morning sun and taking in the tranquil garden view. Lastly, I appreciated the large table in my room, perfect for working on my laptop.

Had an amazing Xmas experience at this hotel. Loved the beautifully decorated rooms and the peaceful atmosphere. Everything was clean and well-maintained. the breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of fresh options and friendly staff. the hotel's location made it easy to get around the city and explore the local attractions.

The limited number of activities available on-site, which made it difficult to stay entertained for an extended period of time. However, this is a great place to unwind and relax, perfect for a short stay.
