The staff were extremely helpful and kind, and the hotel provides parking. Our room on the 11th floor was clean, neat, and equipped with spacious beds and a great bathroom. Our weekend stay in the heart of the city was simply fabulous! the hotel staff was amazing and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were pleasantly surprised to receive two complimentary drinks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the vibrant city, with many top attractions being within walking distance. the breakfast spread was extensive with various dishes to cater to different dietary requirements.

Despite our wonderful stay, a few small issues could be improved upon. We found the evening staff at reception to be a bit aloof and not very attentive.
