The hotel was somehow clean, but I faced several issues, such as the beach towel left in my room, causing confusion. The sauna was unnecessarily complicated to access. I expected a room upgrade for my inconvenience, but alas, that was too much to ask, it seems. I almost gave a good review, but then these blunders ruined it all.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by ongoing WiFi issues, especially on the lower floors. I encountered a peculiar noise from the water pipes that disrupted my sleep multiple times during the night. Additionally, despite a room change, my view stayed disappointing, staring straight at an office building. I expected more for the rate I was paying.

The cheese sandwiches at the bar on the 21st floor were pure bliss! Also, the self-serve laundry was a game changer with its soap dispenser and card payment. Plus, the breakfast buffet spread was so good that I couldn't get enough!

I had a hiccup during check-in, despite 100% prepayment, they required an additional card or cash, which left me panicked on my birthday.

Dusty and dry rooms!!! Humidifiers didn't help much. The spa's key routine is unnecessarily complicated. The lobby can feel a bit chaotic with noise, making it hard to find a quiet space to work.

I had a delightful stay at Ac Hotel By Marriott Seoul Gangnam during my recent trip. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk to Yeoksam station, making it easy for me to explore the city. The breakfast offered a fantastic spread, with a variety of Asian and Western options, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Plus, the staff were cordial and accommodating, assisting with all my needs promptly and with a smile.

Just an appropriate option for a short-term stay in Seoul with all in all brilliant value for money. The convenience of being a 1-2 minute walk from the metro station made getting around super easy. Make sure to explore the local restaurants nearby for some great meals!

The rooftop bar had stunning city views, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The kids' club was a nice touch, but the rooms felt a bit small. Had a great time overall.

I loved that I could easily connect my devices to the Chromecast to watch my favorite shows, and the free mini-bar was a delightful treat that got refilled every day. The sauna had a fantastic steam room and a relaxing jacuzzi that made unwinding after a long day a breeze. The only hiccup was the room's slightly dated appearance, but it didn't take away from my overall experience! 😊

This place suits me perfectly with its great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff helped me with evening plans, which I remember well. I highly recommend trying the self-laundry. I'm coming back for a new year.
