We had an incredible stay at Cap Juluca. The beachfront was absolutely stunning, perfect for adults looking for a relaxing getaway. The service we received from the staff was exceptional, and they made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The accommodations were top-notch, with elegant and practical rooms facing the ocean. We particularly loved the soaking tub and the double sink. The hotel provided B&O bluetooth speakers, which was a nice touch. The beach service was outstanding, with designated sunbeds and giant umbrellas. The breakfast with its breathtaking view was a highlight. The concierge took care of all our needs, from arranging transport to making restaurant reservations and organizing car rentals. It truly lives up to its reputation as a 5-star hotel in every aspect.

As low-budget travelers, we found the property to be serene and quiet. The night time turn down staff was meticulous in folding our clothes and the complementary beverages on arrival were a nice touch. Carolyn at the front desk and Paul, our driver, provided top-notch service. We especially loved the embroidered Cap Juluca slippers they provided. The beach surroundings were even more beautiful than the website portrayed and the hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The food was excellent, and we enjoyed the privacy and the size of the rooms.
