The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to

make our stay enjoyable. The location is fantastic, close to Georgetown and local amenities. However, the room service could improve, as the portions were smaller than expected. Overall, a great experience with some room for enhancement.

i had the misfortune of waiting an eternity for room service, only to be served mediocre food that woudl ve been better from a diner. also, the staff were clueless about the pool reservations, leaving me high and dry. imagine a complimentary drink or something for these inconveniences, but no, just typical service—almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

and of course, no one bothered to greet us at the restaurant despite the long wait. one would think it'd be obvious to provide preferential treatment for esteemed guests like myself. almost gave it a star, but just couldn’t!

Came back to a proper clean room after a hot day exploring, not to mention the brekkie was simply delightful! Loved the indoor garden vibes. it made chilling out even better with some lovely snacks available all day. And the staff were just legends, super friendly!

Only thing, the air con was a bit noisy but we just turned it down—no biggie!

The courtyard area is lovely and perfect for chill time. Check-in was rough. the front desk staff wasn't welcoming. Enjoyed the bike rental option for exploring nearby attractions. Overall, a nice stay, despite the rocky start.

I loved the spacious room with a super comfy bed and the easy access to the balance gym was a huge bonus! Relaxing in the indoor pool and sauna helped me unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, I'd recommend keeping an eye on pet allergens as I felt a bit off at times. 😊

The location, the breakfast options, the spacious rooms was simply stunning.

the shower had some issues with temperature control,, but the location was perfect for exploring local attractions. loved the helpful staff and the comfy beds made for great relaxation. also, the gym was well-equipped and the balcony view was beautiful.

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, including a 24-hour reception, fitness center, and indoor swimming pool. The staff was incredibly helpful during my first stay, guiding me to great places to eat. Don't miss the best chocolate chip cookies in the lounge! I'm coming back for Easter.

Staff was very attentive and the rooms were spacious. The pool was a bit too small for families, especially with lap swim classes. They offer bicycle rentals for a nice ride. Overall, a pleasant stay.
