The room was spacious and impeccably clean, which was refreshing. I appreciated the glass wall in the shower, stepping up from the typical curtain. Luxurious soft towels and ample countertop space in the bathroom added to the comfort. The bed was wonderfully cozy. the sheer curtains allowed too much light in for a good night’s sleep. Noise from the next room disrupted my rest, as conversations were easily heard. The ambiance was pleasant, fitting the western theme well. Breakfast options were plentiful, but long lines detracted from the experience. A mix of comfort and minor inconveniences.

Nestled right on the main strip in Branson, this hotel offers a fantastic base for exploration, with numerous popular attractions such as Dolly & Friends a Tribute and The Track Family Fun Parks within a 15-minute walk, making it super convenient for those like me who love to stroll and discover new landmarks; the hotel itself is exceptionally clean, features comfy rooms, and provides a delicious hot breakfast every morning, helping you kickstart your day right! I did notice that one morning the milk served at breakfast was off, but that didn't detract from my overall delightful experience!

We dealt with a leaky ceiling that soaked the window sill, and I swear I saw black mold behind the curtains. Maintenance moved us to a new room, which was nice, but it felt like a band-aid for a bigger problem.

Breakfast options were plentiful, and the clean, spacious rooms provided comfort. noise proved to be a significant drawback; sound travels too easily between rooms. A late-night disturbance affected our sleep, and the lack of soundproofing was disappointing. The ongoing renovations caused some inconvenience, particularly with only one elevator. I recommend better kitchen management during breakfast hours to avoid long lines and food shortages. While some amenities are commendable, like the fireplace and pool, the overall experience is marred by the noise levels and structural quirks. Improvements in these areas could elevate the stay significantly.

Location was convenient to everything, including nearby golf courses. Water pressure in the shower was poor, but the room was clean and comfortable.

The continental breakfast was exceptional, with friendly staff ensuring everything ran smoothly. The playful atmosphere, complemented by gospel music and scripture, truly stood out. The pool area was a hit with our granddaughter, but a few hiccups marred the experience. There was a slow-draining tub, and coffee supplies were limited. A somewhat unpleasant dog mess incident outside caught us off guard, and accessibility could be better for those with mobility issues, especially with one elevator out. Despite these issues, the warm environment made it a memorable visit worth considering again.
