Traveling for a family vacation, we enjoyed our stay at Camp Margaritaville. the spacious accommodations provided a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of dining options and activities. the room upgrade to a king room with balcony offered stunning views of the Smoky Mountains. the lodge was modern, clean, and had friendly staff. Kids loved the fun atmosphere, lazy river, and pool open late into the evening. Cons: Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The breakfast at Lodge At Camp Margaritaville is reasonably priced and delicious, perfect for a good start to the day. the pool is well-maintained and ideal for children, offering a clean and enjoyable experience. the staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and one of the best we've encountered, with a separate room for kids that they loved.

Laundry building chairs are not elderly-friendly. No change machine available.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the cleanliness was impeccable, with all linens being brand new and spotless. the hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a wide range of amenities such as a heated lazy river, fireplace, and firepits. the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making sure all guests felt comfortable and at ease during their stay. the location was ideal, being close to all attractions in the area, ensuring convenience for guests to explore the surroundings easily.

Had an awesome weekend with the family! Loved the variety of activities for teens and young ones, from pool to billiards. the staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything seemed new, and the property's location was great, offering plenty of value for the money.

The bed could have been more comfortable, and the breakfast was a bit of a letdown compared to other places. Plus, the open bathroom layout was a bit awkward.

During our xmas stay, we loved the spacious and clean room that easily accommodated my family of 5. the separate area with 2 twin beds was perfect for my teenage boys. the location in a quiet part of the city was ideal for a relaxing holiday. Additionally, the variety of activities offered on-site kept everyone entertained without feeling overcrowded.

The pool was cold and not as heated as advertised, and the cleanliness of the pool water left much to be desired. the bathroom shower was dirty and neglected, which was disappointing.

At my regular spot, staff suggested great stores when I first visited. Has all I need: Wi, Fi, parking, 24/7 service, pool. Returning for Christmas fun. Best choice, no regrets.
