What impressed me the most was the helpful and friendly staff, particularly Wendy, the night-shift front desk person. She went above and beyond by making copies for me late at night, ensuring I was well-prepared for an important presentation the next day. This level of customer service truly made my stay memorable.

The hotel had two complementary facts offered - bottled water and fast internet service. the hotel was located near many restaurants and stores that made it easy to explore the city. An additional advantage was that the hotel had a decent breakfast that was included in the price of the room.

The parking lot was crowded and tight, making it difficult to park my car. there were constructions taking place, and the noise level was a bit high, especially in the morning.
