The location is spectacular, with stunning views of one of the world's most beautiful beaches. The pools are clean and perfect for relaxation. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to ensure a great experience.

The Hyatt Regency Aruba offers beautiful grounds and a fantastic family-friendly atmosphere, complete with water slides and fun activities like koi fish feeding. However, the beach can feel cramped, and the check-in process could be more welcoming. It's a great spot for families looking for a fun vacation, but improvements in dining and room amenities would enhance the experience.

The music at night was absolutely annoying, blaring until 1 AM. the breakfast service at Ruinas was unfathomable. it seemed like a scavenger hunt to find staff. to top it off, no one offered a complimentary upgrade for my troubles. like, seriously? the Hyatt must have forgotten I'm not just another guest. how disappointing.

Check-in was a bit of a hassle. Our initial room was not available, which caused some frustration. However, the staff did their best to make things right after the fact.

Had a spacious Queen Room with a view. Loved the flat-screen TV, minibar, and private balcony. The pools were awesome and clean. The water slide was fun! Spa had everything – massage, sauna, and yoga classes. The on-site dining options were good but eating nearby was cheaper. Overall a great experience!

the koi pond with turtles and iguanas is really fun and unique! beach chairs are too close together and can be hard to navigate.

The beach was just steps away from our room. The pools were perfect for our kids. With plenty of fun activities for all ages, including the large beach bar, we all enjoyed our time there – especially my little ones splashing around!

The staff, the service, the breakfast, the beach activities – absolutely fantastic!

Loved how easy it was to grab lunch at the poolside snack bar! Their fish tacos were legit delicious. Spent most mornings just chilling by the adult pool, but waking up early was a must to snag a cabana. It's kinda crowded, so don't expect loads of space. All in all, the staff did a fab job keeping things fresh and fun!
