The hotel facilities were second to none on the island, offering a casino with over 100 slot machines and 10 tables. The location was ideal, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Transportation was also convenient, with readily available taxis and easy access to the Ritz Carlton down the road and the Regency Club. The staff, especially Paola at the concierge, provided exceptional service and were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel's location is great. You can walk to a lot of good restaurants and it's right on the beach where you can rent sunbeds every afternoon for free. The ocean view rooms are amazing and breakfast is delicious.

Well-located, top-class service, and enjoyable outdoor areas. Best pool on Palm Beach with water slide for kids.

Plenty of beach and poolside amenities without issue, and there are many on-site activities to enjoy. Friendly staff and great mixology class make for a fun, memorable stay.

The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and other amenities available. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the size of the tip to the right staff was attentively and genuinely enthusiastic. I was impressed with the range of leisure activities offered, from the casino to the spa and wellness center. The beach access was also a big plus, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas provided.
