The facilities were nice, the staff was very helpful and welcoming, the shuttle to Disneyland it was convenient. The bill services, and valet services, were prompt. The large luggage was taken care of effortlessly. The 2 bedroom suite was amazing, perfect for a family stay. The nearby landmarks like Disneyland Park and Downtown Disney added to the family bonding experience. The relaxation amenities like swimming pool and sun terrace were great for unwinding.

Staying at this hotel was awesome! the room was huge, super cozy, and insanely clean. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel truly welcomed. Having a Starbucks in the lobby was a lifesaver for my daily coffee fix, and the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. I also loved the pool and recreation area on the 3rd floor, perfect for chilling after a long day at the theme park.

While the stay was fantastic overall, there were a couple of minor things that could be improved. the signage regarding the relocated bistro was a bit confusing, causing a small hiccup during the food ordering process.

The Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and OC Brewhouse just a hop, skip, and a jump away kept our taste buds dancing. The convenience of stores nearby was a game-changer. Plus, the location near Disney? A total win!

The hotel is currently undergoing construction, leading to some inconveniences such as the awkward, somewhat icky back staircase to access the pool. the smell in the hallways and the disorganization of the front desk were a bit off-putting.

The inviting rooms offer modern comforts such as oversized beds with pillow-top mattresses. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! It was the kind of comfort that makes you forget all about the stresses of travel.

During my transit stay at Hyatt Regency Orange County, I was impressed by the convenience of their park services. The hotel provided on-site ticket sales and shuttle transportation to Disneyland, making it incredibly easy for guests to visit the park without any hassle.

I did notice that the bathroom in my room was in need of updating. the soft bed head showed signs of wear and tear, needing to be replaced for a more comfortable stay.

Our kids absolutely loved the arcade room, which is stocked with a range of classic and modern video games, as well as pinball machines. It was a great hangout spot for the kids to have some fun and keep themselves entertained during our downtime at the hotel.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from adding a larger variety of children's meal options at the on-site restaurants to cater to families with kids.
