the location was perfect, just a short walk to the waterfront and many great restaurants. the hotel itself was brand new and everything was beautiful and fresh. the mini-bar was a nice touch, especially with pre-mixed cocktails. the bathroom was incredible, with a free-standing tub and excellent quality bathroom products. the 24-hour room service was a welcome addition, and the breakfast buffet at the downstairs restaurant was outstanding. the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the stylish restaurant area was a pleasure to dine in. I had a delightful experience and I will definitely be returning.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was close to everything. We were just one block away from the esplanade, where all the eateries and other amenities were located. The room itself was beautifully designed and the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the highlights was the pool, although it could get a bit shady in the afternoon. Additionally, the hotel shipped back a lost item to one of the guests.

On the first morning, the breakfast was not up to par. Everything that should have been hot was cold or overcooked.

The design of the bathrooms is amazing, and the overall appearance of the hotel is extremely stylish. The free new movies were really nice for relaxing in the room during the day. I'd recommend this hotel.

This place has it all! The rooms are stylish and the bathrooms are spacious with a fantastic shower. The large TV is a great addition. The overall decor is fabulous and the building smells amazing. Plus, no single-use items, which I love. The location is perfect, quiet yet centrally located. Highly recommended for affordable luxury!

Felt right at home, nothing was too much trouble.

The apartment was compact but comfortable, with a balcony, two TVs, and a kitchen. The ability to charge meals and coffees back to the room was super convenient. The hotel's central location near restaurants and the esplanade made exploring easy. The nearby bus stop allowed for simple trips to the northern beaches. The staff was friendly and even gave our kids a special Bailey's pack. The rooms were immaculate and modern, with super comfortable beds. The pool, though small, was beautiful. The hotel's design and scent created an elegant and spa-like atmosphere. The local art displayed throughout added an interesting touch. The wifi was fast, the rain shower was gorgeous, and the full-length windows provided stunning views. Loved it!

Stylish, new property with great location and fantastic staff. Room was modern, clean and had quality amenities such as a Villeroy and Boch toilet seat and pod machine. Loved the lux shower and quiet atmosphere. Although the restaurant was closed, there were plenty of dining options nearby. Would definitely return for another stay.

Had a fantastic city break at this hotel! Loved the complementary breakfast and happy hour drinks in the evening, which were a nice surprise. the location is perfect, just a short walk away from all the main attractions. We also loved the rooftop terrace, great for taking in the city views.

Everything was fantastic.

the room was spacious with modern and stylish furniture, providing me with comfort and a stunning view. the in-room facilities were outstanding and the bathroom was functional with ample bench space, toiletries, and towels. the bar and the buffet breakfast were great, all staff were polite and helpful, and the location was perfect for my needs.

I expected fresh towels and room service daily due to the 5-star rating; however, the "clean my room" sign was up for 2 days with no service completed.
