The facilities were excellent, with comfortable beds, cleanliness, and great extras like free welcome shots, towels, and coffee. The hostel's location couldn't have been better, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage while exploring the city. The overall atmosphere was fantastic for young families like ours.

I've been traveling in hostels for 5 weeks before I got to Swanky, and it is the best place I have stayed during that time. The staff are so inclusive and friendly, the vibes here are so good, and the whole place is really modern. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are nice, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The attached bar, terrace, and pool are all great amenities to have. it's a fantastic place to meet people and have a comfortable stay.

The hostel had fast wifi and a cheap bar with a happy hour. It was centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance with luggage when needed.

The music in the bar area could be a bit annoying at times. the design of some rooms, like the double room with a ladder to access the bed, may not be convenient for everyone.

The dorms were clean and the old stylish property had a charming atmosphere. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Zagreb.
