The location of this hotel is unbeatable - it's within walking distance to CBD shopping, restaurants, and fast food. Plus, it's right by the ocean, so we got to enjoy the beautiful blue waters of Bass Strait. The staff at the Raindrops Restaurant were friendly and helpful, and we even received complimentary breakfast due to a small issue with our room. Our spa room was spacious and the spa itself was wonderful. The balcony offered a great view and despite being in the heart of town, it was surprisingly quiet. a fantastic stay!
