I recently stayed at the Boathouse Resort and Suites for a weekend getaway with my son. The spacious room, recent renovations, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The friendly staff and easy access to nearby attractions made it the perfect location. The ground floor room was ideal, with a comfortable bed, great in-room facilities, and a large bathroom. The pool area with BBQ facilities was a fantastic bonus, especially for beach-loving families. a delightful stay!

The renovated suite was fantastic, felt like a 5-star resort. Quality furnishings, comfortable king bed, amazing bathroom with spa. Convenient car space. Central location, easy access to Rye and Sorrento. Staff, Geraldine and Brett, made our stay fabulous. Great value for money.

Spacious rooms with kitchenette and lounge area, plus a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and spa bath. Great location, close to everything on the Mornington Peninsula. Staff phoned ahead to offer an easy check-in and even turned on the heater before our arrival. Modern, comfortable rooms with all necessary amenities. Enjoyed the big TV screen with Netflix access, as well as the generous fridge and cooking facilities. The highlight was the beautiful spa. Quiet beach stretch within walking distance. Will definitely return.

The room smelled musty and felt damp, which made our stay uncomfortable. The noise from the street was also very disruptive, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Being right across from the beach was a major plus, and the location near Sorrento and other attractions was perfect. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The location of the hotel is fantastic, being in close proximity to a strip of shops, cafes, and restaurants. Guests can easily explore the local area and enjoy the convenience of having everything within walking distance. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. One downside is the noise from neighboring rooms, which can sometimes be heard, but it does not largely impact the overall experience.

Enjoyed a relaxing getaway in beautiful Garden Studios with revitalizing passes for Peninsula Hot Springs. The open-plan living area was perfect for lounging. The ensuite corner spa was a luxurious touch. My own private balcony overlooked the pool area, lovely!

Oh, there was absolutely nothing to complain about.
