The kids absolutely loved the spacious room filled with fun activities like the mini-golf course and game consoles. the swimming pool was a hit with the whole family, providing hours of laughter and relaxation.

My wife says that adding a dedicated kids' menu at the on-site restaurant would be a great addition for families.

We had a great stay, the staff were super nice and the location was perfect for us—I mean, it was literally smack dab in the middle of where we wanted to go, and the views from our room were killer, just awesome. the only slight hassle was that the hotel entrance was on a busy street, so it was easier for taxis to drop us off around the corner to avoid any traffic snarls 🚖.

the interior was brand new, stylish, and spacious, with a large and comfortable bed. the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. the location of the hotel was convenient, close to transportation and amenities. the room itself was modern and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay. I particularly enjoyed the kitchenette and the good size lounge area. the view from the room was also amazing.

Spent Christmas here and it was a great experience! The staff was incredibly kind and held our luggage even before check-in and after check-out. They even gave us a complimentary upgrade! The location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the best bars, cafés, and restaurants. The room was spotless and comfortable, making our stay even better.

Even on the 20th floor, the traffic noise was incredibly loud. It was impossible to leave the windows open, particularly at night. Furthermore, there were very few cooking pans in the apartment and only one wine glass, which was difficult for three people. Although we tried to contact the staff, we didn't receive any response. Also, it wasn't clear that guests had to go to reception to ask for more toilet paper, which was a bit inconvenient.
