The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check-in early without any hassle. The renovated bathroom was simply amazing, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and the walk-in shower was great. the hotel had a convenient car park which was right outside the door.

I didn't appreciate being surprised with a $200 cash bond upon check-in, which wasn't stated beforehand and made me feel unprepared for my stay financially. I found the stay to be just okay, but these issues left me with a negative impression of the hotel.

Comfort Hotel provided a very comfortable and clean stay. The two male receptionists were excellent, helpful, polite, and quick working. The size of our room was great. Towels and bathroom amenities were good. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a great bed, large TV, leather lounges, and a huge bathroom with a spa bath. The hotel has done a lot to spruce up the dated decor. The rooms were fully equipped with everything you need, including extra towels, products, and even biscuits with the tea and coffee facilities. The hotel's location was also fantastic, with shops nearby and the ability to sleep with a secure window open.
