The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing! You can tell that they prioritize their employees' well-being because everyone was genuinely happy. It's refreshing to see, especially compared to other places that are understaffed. The shared areas, with their cozy fireplaces and comfortable couches, were a delightful place to relax. The beautiful decor added to the overall ambiance. And the food? Phenomenal! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and buffet dinner, with every bite bursting with flavor. It was definitely worth the money.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location just outside the national park was perfect for us. Everything you need is here, from the restaurant and bar lounge area to the leisure spa and wellness centre. The staff here can't do enough to help you, the service was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the packed lunches and special diet menus that were available, and the staff even booked us into the devil feeding event at a local wildlife park, which was great service.

Spacious rooms perfect for a group of four, welcoming and attentive staff, several cozy alcoves with fireplaces to sit back and unwind with a drink, scrumptious and generously portioned breakfast, one kilometer from the Visitor Center.

Located just minutes away from breathtaking walks and scenery, with cosy sitting areas and fireplaces throughout. I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent quality of food at the restaurant. Although there were some minor issues with the room, the staff was helpful and did their best to accommodate my needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveller looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in the area.

The location of our hotel was convenient for hiking and had beautiful views of nature. The restaurant and bar facilities were excellent, serving delicious food. We enjoyed spending time in the main lounge areas, which were cozy and comfortable. Our room had a lovely bathroom, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a good buffet.

Parking was a bit of an issue when loading/unloading due to the lack of covered walkways, and we got soaked in the rain.

The complimentary boardwalk trail around the lodge was a great way to observe the local wildlife up close. the common rooms' fireplaces were also a cozy touch, especially during the cooler weather. the location was perfect for accessing shuttle buses and scenic walks.

The heater in the room was poorly placed, creating an uncomfortable environment. staff in the Bistro could have been more friendly and accommodating, and the early closing hours were inconvenient.

The hotel was spotless and toasty warm with several fireplaces, perfect for winter. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The bar area was stunning, with extra lounge rooms and fires. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, providing a full tummy for hours. The location was perfect, with easy access to all Cradle Mountain has to offer.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Cradle Mountain and had a fantastic experience. The location was amazing, just a short distance from the Cradle Mountain Information Centre & Shuttle Buses. Despite being so close to the hustle and bustle, it felt like we were in our own little oasis. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and great amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even surprised me with a birthday treat! The restaurant had a wide selection of delicious food, and the bar was a favorite spot of mine. the hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.

The Database Room at Cradle Mountain Hotel was spacious and comfortable. The buffet dinner and breakfast were enjoyable and of very high quality. The staff was very friendly and gave us advice on activities like Devils@Cradle. The guest laundry was a useful amenity, allowing us to wash and dry our clothes while we dined.

Felt very fortunate to have found such a comfortable hotel with no complaints at all.
