We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were absolutely beautiful and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The restaurant served delicious food and the service there was excellent as well. We were so impressed with the level of care and attention we received from the staff, especially during a time when one of our children was unwell. The hotel also had great leisure facilities and plenty of parking. we had a wonderful experience here and would definitely recommend it to others.

The restaurant at the hotel has unfortunately gone downhill recently. According to one reviewer, they had no food options available after 9:15 PM, forcing them to order from a nearby takeaway. It's a shame to miss out on the restaurant experience.

The towels provided by the hotel were poor quality and looked ragged.

The food was absolutely delicious, especially the vegan red curry. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this venue for a wedding or a relaxing getaway. a fabulous experience.

I recently stayed at Shearwater Hotel for over a week and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious, the pool was lovely and warm, and the breakfast was delicious with a well-stocked buffet. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially during a day when one of my boys got sick. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even made off-menu food for my recovering son. The gym was excellent, with a good range of equipment, and there was a small shop for post-workout refreshments. The housekeeping service was impeccable, and the spa staff were welcoming and accommodating. a truly enjoyable stay.

The Shearwater Hotel & Spa is a spacious and appealing hotel with great facilities. Friendly staff, delicious and reasonably priced food in the bar. Close proximity to Athlone, around a 20-minute drive. We got a suite of rooms at a great price for ourselves and our four kids.

Felt at home with the friendly and accommodating staff, our room was clean and comfortable with no noise. The blackout curtains were a luxury touch.

I had a really nice stay at Shearwater Hotel. The location was peaceful and just outside the town center, which was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The facilities at Shearwater Hotel & Spa were incredible for youngsters. The spa was undergoing renovations, but we can't wait to see the finished result. The full body massage was amazing. The swimming pool was the perfect temperature and had excellent facilities.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with the bustling city center and marina nearby. this hotel offered great cleanliness, excellent staff, and a fantastic breakfast.
