The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to bars and shopping areas. It is situated in Sturegatan, a Stockholm district not too far from the ancient island of Gamla Stan. The room had sufficient hanging space available for clothes.

There were some issues with the elevator contraption, making it difficult to access certain areas of the hotel.

Wonderful location; great staff

We booked a small suite with a view of the park for a short stay. The room was lovely and we were pleasantly surprised by the complementary wine, chocolate, and water. The front desk staff went above and beyond when my husband lost his cellphone, making several calls to help us find it and even giving us a complementary Swedish history lesson. The overall experience was fantastic and we would highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its wonderful location and the exceptional service we received from the staff.

The service here is excellent, from check-in to check-out. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast is delicious with a wide selection of fresh fruit and pastries. The hotel also offers a sauna and fitness center for leisure activities.

The suite with balcony and bathtub was spacious and perfect for a family of three. The buffet breakfast had great quality fruit and a wide range of options. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing maps and information on where to visit and how to get there. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport and the city center. With such good value and a wonderful city, we will definitely be coming back!

Felt like being home, no complaints at all.

We received complimentary drinks upon check-in, which was a nice gesture. the location was great as it was near all the main attractions and festivities for the New Year. the room was also cozy and had a great view of the city.

The hotel was overpriced and lacked proper security. We encountered a few sketchy characters in the area, and our room did not feel very safe.

The bathroom in some rooms has a bathtub that can be slippery, so it's advisable to request a room without one.
