The air conditioning system allowed for self-control, which was a relief in Adelaide's heat.

We experienced a frustrating wait when ordering bar meals, only to find out they hadn't been passed to the kitchen.

We had a frustrating experience when dining at the hotel restaurant. after waiting an hour, our order was misplaced. It was disappointing as we were hoping for a hassle-free meal. Furthermore, the bathroom in our room had stains on the tiles, which was quite off-putting and not what we expected in a 4-star establishment.

Clean room, comfortable bathroom, with a good breakfast that included a variety of fresh fruit and hot dishes, making it a great spot for a quick city escape with easy access to the airport and a decent fitness center.

Everything was perfect.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. they made every interaction feel warm and inviting. The breakfast buffet was a lovely highlight, with so many tasty options to choose from.

However, I did find the room a bit noisy at night due to the city traffic. Thankfully, earplugs helped me enjoy my stay despite the hustle outside.

Got a solid room, nice and clean,, with a decent gym. The front desk fellas were friendly, really helped me feel welcome, and even prepped a breakfast box for me when I had to bounce early, which was just great.

Not exactly cheap,, but you know, it was acceptable.

The sun terrace offers a chill spot to sip coffee or enjoy some quiet time basking in the sun. If I were to be picky, I’d have liked a few more options in the laundry room for longer drying cycles. 👍

ibis adelaide was really nice! location is super central, so walkable to everything like shops and eats. the staff was friendlier than expected after check-in, which felt kinda cold at first. the room was clean and bed was hella comfy. breakfast was decent too, with lots of options!

the parking setup was a little confusing, and i wish there was a laundrette for road trip peeps. also, coulda done without the check-in induction vibe.
