The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the city's central activities. We were able to walk to the Adelaide Mall in just a few minutes through the Adelaide Arcade shortcut. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated close to the convention center, and we found transportation options readily available, including the Free City bus just around the corner. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at Ibis! the staff were incredibly friendly and even helped us with a problem we had in our shower. the location was perfect, with clean rooms and a decent breakfast. the bar and restaurant were also great, with a good menu and high-quality food. the value for money was outstanding, and I appreciated the amenities such as the iron and ironing board.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city close to all cultural attractions and dining options. The room was modern, clean, and had everything we needed. It's the perfect location for anyone exploring the city, being close to the main attractions, convention centre, and mall precinct. During Adelaide Fringe festival, I had an easy walk to the Adelaide Oval and caught some bus tours conveniently from here. The customer service is top-notch, with super friendly staff always up for a chat. The breakfast was great to start the day, and there's staff on the premises 24/7, which made me feel safe.

The pricing can increase during busy events, but it's still worth considering.

during our recent family holiday in adelaide, we decided to stay at ibis for the second time. and boy, were we impressed! central location, well-kept rooms, and a surprisingly quiet atmosphere made our stay memorable. the availability of e-scooter and e-bike rentals, as well as free tram rides, added to the convenience. plus, being able to pay with eftpos was a bonus!

As foreign tourists, we loved the central location and convenience of the hotel. It was close to shopping, restaurants, galleries, and parklands. The rooms were clean, tidy, and included a safe for valuables. The gym was well-equipped for a hotel of this category.

Staff were always ready to assist us with anything we needed, nothing was too much trouble.

I must admit, as a light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised by the peaceful atmosphere in my room.

Felt free to seek any assistance, no complaints whatsoever.

The room was kept immaculately clean by the housekeeping staff and we appreciated the added amenities like the ironing facilities and tea and coffee making facilities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, including offering a welcome drink upon our arrival and providing a variety of useful services such as laundry and dry cleaning. The lounge area was a comfortable and welcoming place to unwind after a long day exploring the city.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city centre.

What a charming hotel for a romantic escape! the rooms were cozy and the bed was super comfortable. the best part was that we received two complementary champagne glasses which added a special touch to our getaway. the location was also perfect, just a short walk away from the cultural and trendy areas. We appreciated the fridge in the room which allowed us to store some food and drinks.

The coffee and tea facilities could be improved. Although we were happy to have teabags and instant coffee, it would have been nice to have a little coffee machine.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the centre and close to Rundle Mall, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the city. It is also within walking distance to the central markets, so you can easily enjoy local food and produce. The rooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beds and amenities like a kettle and TV. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service during check-in and throughout the stay.

One negative aspect is the lack of comfortable seating in the rooms, with only one chair at the desk and the bed as options.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Adelaide over Easter, and I must say, it was one of the classiest experiences I've ever had. the staff at the hotel, which I'll refer to as I, went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They surprised me with a complimentary Happy Easter gift, consisting of two high-end chocolates, bottled water, and a beautiful Easter letter. It was such a classy move and set the tone for the rest of my stay. the hotel itself was impeccable, and the restaurant received rave reviews from both guests and myself. the food was so delicious that I couldn't resist finishing a whole pizza by myself. it was a truly wonderful experience, and I can't wait to stay there again.

We had an excellent stay at Ibis in a very central location. the room was immaculate and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the view of the city and Adelaide hills from our desk was distracting in the best way. the vending machine in the hallway was also handy. the best experience we've had at an Ibis Hotel to date.
