I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was perfect, with a free bus stop for the loop bus just a short walk away, allowing easy access to all the great activities in the area. It was also conveniently located not far from the city centre and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the dry cleaning and housekeeping to the warm welcome drink upon arrival. They even helped me with a last-minute check-in and gave me valuable advice for a late check-out.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, the facilities are top-notch, and the location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area and enjoying all that it has to offer.

We were expecting to enjoy a restaurant but only saw a sign for it. The couch was uncomfortable and there was no option to open the windows for fresh air.

The car park entry is quite narrow and can be challenging to navigate.

During my stay at the Majestic M Suites, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modern design of the rooms. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The location was ideal, being close to the CBD and within walking distance to various restaurants and services on O'Connell Street. I particularly enjoyed the soundproofing in the room, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The room was well-appointed, with modern appliances and technology. Additionally, the shower products provided were of excellent quality. Parking was convenient and secure, and the suite was serviced daily.

One minor drawback was the lack of a teapot and eggcups in the room. However, when we requested mugs, they were promptly provided.

The staff were kind and fun. The apartment had beautiful views. The room was immaculate. The location was ideal.

There was nothing I didn't like.
