the check-in and check-out process was efficient and the housekeeping staff on our floor were friendly. the pool and spa area were enjoyable, with a larger shallow area for younger kids. the room was well-equipped with ample storage space and a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean. the hotel offered good value for money and was within walking distance of the city center and beach. I had a positive experience with Mantra.

The bathroom was quite small and dated, but still clean and functional. the only other negative was checking in.
