The hotel staff were super nice, from the night manager to the reception staff, restaurant staff, and pool staff - especially Kids Camp! The rooms were spacious with comfy beds, cleaned daily. The big balcony with a clothes dryer was a plus. The fridge in the room and the perfect air conditioning were great, especially during the hot nights in Mallorca. The pool area was immaculate, with clean pools and sun loungers. The chill music at the pool was relaxing, and the aqua aerobics was fantastic. The restaurant had an amazing choice of food, with daily pancakes for breakfast and delicious starters. The location was excellent, just steps away from the beach, with easy access to the bus to Palma and the shopping street. The heated indoor pool was a bonus, and the quality of the food was excellent. The hotel staff even helped us recover our lost ID cards by sending a taxi to the airport. this hotel provided exceptional value for money.

the staff at Hipotels were friendly and the hotel itself was very clean and modern. the location was perfect, with just a short walk to the best beach in Majorca and the town center. I especially loved the breakfast, which had a wide selection of delicious food. the hotel also had a great policy of not allowing towels to be left on sun loungers before 8:30am, ensuring that everyone had a fair chance to enjoy the pool area. it was a lovely and relaxing holiday that my whole family enjoyed.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Mallorca. The staff at Hipotels were extremely friendly and accommodating, from the reception staff to the restaurant and pool staff. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, with daily cleaning service. I especially loved the big balcony with a clothes dryer, as well as having a fridge and perfect air conditioning. The pool area was immaculate and very relaxing, with great music playing in the background. The hotel also had a fantastic selection of food in the restaurant, including delicious pancakes for breakfast and a variety of tasty dishes for lunch and dinner. it was a well-run hotel that exceeded my expectations.

We had an excellent experience at the hotel. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and close to the bus stop for easy access to Palma. the shopping street was also conveniently nearby. the food at the hotel was of high quality and we enjoyed the variety of choices available for all three meals. the beds were comfortable and we appreciated the heated indoor pool. the hotel staff were helpful, especially when we realized we had forgotten our ID cards at the reception. They promptly sent a taxi with our IDs to the airport, allowing us to catch our flight in the last second. we were very pleased with the hotel and its amenities.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. It was only a short walk to the beautiful beach and the town center, making it convenient for exploring. The hotel had a great policy of not allowing people to reserve sun loungers with towels before 8:30 am, which was a refreshing change. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food, and I'm looking forward to trying the half board option next time. The hotel had a predominantly German clientele, which added to the relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. it was a lovely and enjoyable holiday for my family, including our kids.

The hotel staff were excellent, providing friendly and efficient service throughout our stay. we were very impressed with this place and would highly recommend it.
