This hotel was a great find for our weekend getaway. the modern and stylish decor made us feel right at home. the location was perfect, with great walks nearby to the cathedral, museum, and park. Plus, the view over the port was absolutely amazing. We were also impressed by the friendly and professional staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.

The only downside we experienced was the firmness of the mattresses, which seems to be the norm in Italy. However, this was not a major issue for us and did not significantly impact our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

Although the breakfast buffet was satisfactory, I was disappointed to find that certain items, such as salmon and freshly pressed juice, required additional charges. Furthermore, I felt that the restaurant and bar could have had longer opening hours to cater to guests' needs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even offering us a free room upgrade upon arrival. The hotel itself is beautiful and not too big, which we prefer. It is located right next to the port, perfect for anyone arriving by ferry. The location also makes it easy to explore the city center and nearby archaeological sites. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay, especially as two women traveling alone. The cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the bedding were top-notch. The free minibar and good facilities were also a nice bonus. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast with a generous assortment of pastries and fruit.

The hotel had a great view of the harbor and was conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and cafes. the breakfast had a good variety and the croissants were delicious. the room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had a comfortable bed and pillows. the staff provided excellent service and the Wi-Fi and TV worked well.

There were a few things that I didn't like about my stay. there was no kettle or coffee maker in the room, which was disappointing as I enjoy having a hot drink in the mornings.

My recent stay at the Grand Hotel Palace was absolutely wonderful! The hotel provided clear directions and signs to help me find my way, ensuring I didn't get lost. The free parking just 50 meters away was safe and convenient. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of room to store my belongings. The hotel had the simplest and most reliable wifi I experienced during my entire trip in Italy.

Plus, it's right across from the port, so the view is stunning. The service here is top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. The room itself was beautifully appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms made for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the ferry port and a short taxi ride to the train station. The hotel offers a luxurious wine suite, which was absolutely heaven for wine lovers like myself. The room was magical, and I loved the wine fridge with a menu of wines to taste. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was a real treat, with freshly made scrambled eggs from fresh eggs. The atmosphere was elegant and the property was immaculately clean. The room and bathroom were nicely appointed and the minibar items, including beer, nuts, Coke, and water, were all complimentary. I also appreciated the nice selection of beverages and biscotti near the front desk.

This place is a little claustrophobic and there is zero access to any beach. However, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

As youngsters, we loved the free glass of wine they offered between 7-8pm. The wine bar/restaurant attached to the hotel had friendly and accommodating staff, with a great selection of small and medium-sized plates showcasing interesting food combinations. The breakfast spread left us satisfied, and the bathroom had an excellent shower. The room was modern, quiet, and clean.

Felt very much at home, no complaints.
