Our weekend getaway at Mercure was fantastic. the French provincial charm, friendly staff, and room upgrade made us feel truly pampered. the breakfast was exceptional, and the facilities kept us entertained. the cozy room, comfortable bed, and quiet ambiance were perfect for relaxation. Special mentions to the restaurant staff and reception for their outstanding service.

the mercure was spotless - had cozy amenities, and located close to yummy bakeries. the fantastic spa bath for two was a hit - as well as the great massage at the spa and the inviting restaurant.

The Mercure Gerringong Resort exceeded my expectations with its beautiful property and welcoming staff. the spacious room overlooked a serene pool area, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, although a bit noisy during a teachers' conference. the hotel's location on the town's edge provided a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for family bonding.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Upgraded to a balcony room. Friendly and helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast with good coffee. Delicious dinner at Bella Char.

The big bath in my room at Mercure Gerringong was a real treat. The view was lovely, staff friendly. bathroom maintenance and outdated toiletries were disappointing. Would love a pool heater. Nevertheless, clean, cozy room, close to shops and wineries make for a relaxing stay.

During our stay at Mercure Gerringong Resort, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who directed us to our room. The room itself was clean and had a comfortable king bed and a TV. We appreciated the convenience of having a small Kitchenette with a fridge. Although we didn't have the chance to enjoy the spa and restaurant, the location was convenient for our work-related travel.

While there were a few drawbacks mentioned in the database, such as the limited food options and dated room decor, we found these to be minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience. The staff we interacted with were always friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel was ideal for us, as it was within walking distance to shops and a local cafe where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Additionally, the grounds and gardens were well-maintained, providing a pleasant atmosphere in most public areas.

The room cleanliness could definitely be improved, with dirty sheer curtains and a broken toilet seat.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. the staff was friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure our New Year celebration was special. the outdoor pool was a great spot to relax and enjoy the summer weather.

The hotel facilities were in need of some maintenance. the room was not properly prepared for our arrival and we had to wait a bit before we could check in.

I had a fantastic experience at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with a beautiful outside area that allowed for comfortable walks to the beach. It was also conveniently close to the tennis courts, which was a bonus for me as I enjoy playing. The hotel was away from the main restaurant area, giving it a more peaceful and secluded feel.
