I stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel recently and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place is just perfect for exploring the area. It's right on the esplanade, so you can easily walk along the beautiful waterfront or catch a boat over to Fitzroy island for some snorkelling. There are also plenty of great places to have a meal or a drink nearby, including Wharf One and Salt. Plus, being only a $22 taxi ride from the airport was super convenient.

I stayed here recently and the location is amazing. It's close to literally everything, with restaurants and bars just around the corner. The lagoon is right across the road and it's so convenient to have everything within walking distance. The staff were accommodating and provided excellent service, including a welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and garden furniture made my stay comfortable and relaxing.

I definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I just loved the value for money at Oaks! The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed, with thoughtful details like hooks and a phone charging plug conveniently placed. The bathroom was roomy, with plenty of shelving and hooks. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the location was ideal, with lots of nearby restaurants and the marina just a short walk away. The best part was being right across from the promenade and swimming pool.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety.

I recently stayed at Oaks in Cairns for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was amazing, right in the heart of the city. The property itself was new and of high quality, with modern decor and great views from the rooftop bar/restaurant. I loved the in-room connectivity and the well-thought-out open wardrobe. The bathroom was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Oaks to others.

We enjoyed a lovely Thanksgiving stay at a hotel that had an amazing rooftop bar and restaurant with stunning sunset views. the restaurant staff provided excellent service and the food was delicious. the location was perfect, right across from the public pool center and close to other key spots in town. the bedding was very comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep.

While the hotel had a lot of positive aspects, there were some downsides. There was only one elevator, which could cause some delays during peak hours, and there was no on-site parking or drop off area.
