Excellent service from the friendly and accommodating staff. They go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the front desk staff, especially Nilka, are always quick to respond and helpful. the breakfast staff, including Portugal, Carlos, May, Lu, Erasmo. the housekeeping staff, especially Marina, keeps the rooms clean and well supplied. They even surprised us with champagne and dessert on our anniversary. the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and only a short walk to the seafront. There are also several good restaurants within a 10, minute walk. a great experience with excellent service and convenient location.

There were a few negatives to our stay. the hotel is starting to show its age compared to other local hotels and other properties in the Crowne Plaza chain.

During our Xmas stay, we were delighted by the warm and friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The hotel's central location was perfect, with easy access to various attractions nearby. We enjoyed the reasonable breakfast buffet, which offered a good selection of options. The staff at the front desk, especially Nilka, were always quick to respond and provided excellent service.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The room we stayed in was a bit humid, despite the air conditioning.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with a shopping center nearby and easy access to transportation, costing only around 5 USD by cab. We had high hopes for our stay, but unfortunately, we encountered some maintenance issues, which dampened our experience. However, there were several other eateries close by, so we had some alternatives for meals.

The gym facilities were dated and in need of renovation.
