we had a delightful stay at Sheraton. from early check-in to comfy rooms, terrace bar ambiance, divine food at little collins, and tranquil pool, every moment was perfect. staff was exceptional, always helpful. complementary ice cream in the afternoon was a hit with the kids. the room was spacious with lovely amenities like chocolates, water bottles, and toiletries. overall, a top-notch experience that we would gladly repeat.

The bathrobe sizes at the hotel were limited and too small for me, which was a minor inconvenience.

We hit up HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT and the vibe was insane! Then we chilled at the pool, living our best life. the location was on point, close to epic cafes and restaurants!

Wish there was a cooler hangout spot for party animals like us. More nightlife options would've taken our stay to the next level!

An unexpected burst of joy! Simple, I was impressed by the high-energy team that made sure every minute was seamless. On point! From the city review you're reading, guess I'm a Belgian perfectionist. Really though, that's more hair-raising fun than I expected from a city-centre gem. Bet this charming hotel will get even better with time.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city on Collins St & Bourke St. It is close to the vibrant shopping district and there are plenty of hidden eateries nearby. The hotel is also conveniently located near many excellent dining options, bars, and restaurants.

There were a few minor issues with the desk height and chair in the room, making it slightly uncomfortable to work for extended periods.

Lovely little staycation at a nice new hotel in the top end of the CBD. Perfect for a lazy weekend getaway. The location is great, close to the MCG and beautiful gardens. The hotel is new and offers good recognition for platinum members. The staff are wonderful and offer barista made coffees with breakfast.

My car had a fresh scratch that was dismissed by the general manager. Additionally, a friend left her high-end designer shoe in the room and received no help or sympathy in locating it.

The only minor issue we encountered was a lack of signposting for the changing rooms near the pool area.
