The bathroom was not properly cleaned, as we found used pants and a broken hairdryer. the lack of working air conditioning was a major inconvenience, especially during the hot summer days.

Our last-minute change of plans led us to Hotel Cordon and we were pleasantly surprised! The location was ideal, just a short walk from the Cathedral and close to public parking. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a romantic getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Jade at the front desk. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food and drink options. The WiFi worked flawlessly and there were even Spanish newspapers available to read. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return if we're in the area again.

We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its good variety of choices. the hotel is situated in the charming old part of town, on a quiet street but still close to the main attraction, the Museum of Human Evolution. It's the perfect base for exploring Burgos on foot and is conveniently located near one of the best restaurants in town, in the Plaza del Cordón. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in the heart of Burgos.

Receptionist Ismael deserves recognition for his outstanding service. Great value for money in the heart of a beautiful city.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, right in the centre of the city, close to all the best restaurants. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Finally, the rooms were well-equipped with all the basic amenities I needed, including a bathtub that was perfect for relaxing my tired bones. I also appreciated the strong shower and the fact that breakfast was included, with a wide selection of items to choose from.
