The location is great, with a short 10-minute walk to the beach and some lovely bars and restaurants. I also loved the quiet area at the back of the resort, with a pool and splash pool park for the kids. The facilities were clean and modern, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The variety and quality of food in the restaurant were impressive, with a wide range of options to choose from. I highly recommend this place to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only thing I would suggest is having more options on the menu at the a la carte restaurants. However, this minor issue didn't take away from my overall positive experience.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Playa Blanca. The staff at Hl Rio were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The maids did a great job of keeping our room clean and tidy. The food at the restaurant was of a good standard, with a wide variety to choose from. The entertainment for kids was a bonus, as it kept them happy and entertained throughout our stay. we had a pleasant experience and the price we paid was very reasonable.

Great family atmosphere, delicious food with plenty of gluten-free options and a variety of drinks available. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had excellent amenities, including two TVs with international channels. Location was perfect, near the beautiful beach and marina. The entertainment was top-notch and geared towards families with kids. The hotel staff were always polite and helpful.

Early check-in was not permitted, and there was a gap of 3 hours between check-out and check-in, which was inconvenient for us. Some guests were rude to the servers, which was frustrating to witness.

Excellent location, modern and clean accomodation, comfortable beds, hardworking and friendly staff, good variety and quality of food.

We had a fantastic time at this 4-star hotel! The staff were excellent, always friendly and willing to assist with any issues. The hotel is located away from the awful entertainment, which provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Plus, it's only a short walk away from a lovely beach where the water is ideal for swimming. The hotel is also right on the seafront, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach. We loved being so close to the brilliant beach!

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
