The COZY ROOM with a stunning view blew my mind, topped off with a delightful birthday surprise!

The sumptuous signature bed was a dreamy escape after a day of exploring. It felt like sinking into a cloud, with pillows fit for royalty. I slept like a baby, waking up refreshed and ready for another day of adventure.

Convenient location, comfortable rooms with balconies. Special attention for celebrations, they provide balloons and a chocolate plate. Helpful staff, particularly Jade who assisted with a bond payment issue, showing flexibility and excellent service.

The service at this hotel was great, with attentive staff who were friendly and helpful. the food served at the hotel's restaurants was also excellent, with a wide range of options to choose from. the atmosphere at the hotel was lovely and relaxed, making it a great place to unwind after a long day. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to get around and explore the area.

The wifi was not included in the rate, which was a bit disappointing. the downstairs bar and restaurant had overpriced and bland food.

The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, cafes, and the beach. The hotel rooms are quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff is efficient, friendly, and accommodating. The foyer is beautifully decorated, and everything smells great. The view from the hotel balcony is amazing.

This hotel exceeded my luxury expectations in many aspects. The exclusive amenities such as the spa and outdoor swimming pool provided an unbeatable experience. The sun terrace offered wonderful views of the city. The room had comfortable bedding and impressive in-room breakfast service.

Sadly, the only minor issue was the bar area, which felt too formal and lacked a cozy atmosphere. Despite this, the rest of the hotel facilities and services were exceptional and made for a fantastic stay.

I had a little mixup with my suitcase being delivered to my room due to a room change, but the staff quickly resolved the issue after I called reception. The breakfast facilities were great, and the staff were polite and friendly. The location was perfect for the reunion I was attending, and the easy access to the Gold Coast Tramline made it convenient for all my outings. The parking facilities for my hire car were also excellent. I also appreciated the little touch of French in the service.

I had a good stay at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach. Although there were a few drawbacks mentioned in the reviews such as some issues with the front desk and the early closure of the bar, these didn't affect my overall experience.
