We loved the location of this apartment, as it was in walking distance to a lot of Hobart's highlights. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, with en-suite bathrooms in each room. The heating system was superb during our winter stay. Additionally, the apartment was centrally located to both the CBD and the waterfront, making it easy to explore this city.

Don't have any issues at all.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, right above Salamanca Place. The apartment itself was very stylish with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. It was also great to have guaranteed parking and access to Wi-Fi.

During my stay, I encountered a small inconvenience with the shower leaking water over the bathroom floor. However, this was quickly resolved by the attentive staff who promptly attended to the issue.

We had a wonderful stay at Sullivans Cove Apartments. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the best attractions in the area. The apartment itself was spacious and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to cook our own meals. We especially loved being able to walk to Salamanca, Battery Point, and the Botanical Gardens. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for things to do in Hobart. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay in Hobart.

The house in South St, Battery Point was exceptional. Beautifully appointed, spacious, clean & well equipped. Superb & more than we had hoped for. Close to amenities: shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, parks. Off-road parking & lots of places to walk. Great for a small group.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I recently stayed at an amazing hotel in Hobart for a week-long holiday. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the waterfront area. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the linens and toiletries provided were of a high standard. The staff were warm and friendly, making sure our stay was enjoyable. The on-site parking was a huge plus, and the apartment had a great vibe being set in the historic IXL building. a fantastic experience!

I do recommend this hotel.
