We had a great stay at Sunshine Tower with a lovely queen room. The room had convenient amenities like a microwave and bar fridge. The rain shower with an extension head was a nice touch. The bed was big and comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The fast lift provided great views of the eastern side of Cairns. Even arriving after hours, the entry instructions were easy to follow. We were grateful that they allowed us a late checkout without any hassle. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to all the restaurants in the main part of town. it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

The staff were super friendly and available whenever we needed assistance. The location is amazing as well, just a short walk from the city. Room was spacious and clean. The outdoor area with the pool and BBQ area seemed great, although we didn't get the chance to explore it due to the rain. as budget travelers, we were impressed with the facilities and amenities provided.

I had the best experience at a hotel in Cairns recently. The staff at Sunshine Tower were incredibly kind and caring, which was exactly what I needed during a difficult time. They made me feel safe and supported, especially being a girl traveling alone. The room was surprisingly nice and modern, exceeding my expectations for the price. I loved the private parking, it added an extra level of security. Additionally, the hotel had great amenities including a pool, tanning deck, and even a dumpling restaurant and beauty salon on-site. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, especially The Esplanade. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to assist me with any questions or requests. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also had a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The spa center offered a variety of treatments, such as facials and manicures, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. I was extremely impressed with the level of comfort and quality of service provided.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a fantastic Chinese restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. We also loved the comfortable bed and had the best night's sleep in a long time. The room was nice and provided everything we needed for our stay.

There were a few minor issues such as dirty cutlery and a dirty bathroom. We had requested twin beds, but upon arrival, the beds were made as a king bed.

The staff was super friendly and helpful during our entire stay. They made us feel welcome and answered all of our questions. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the city center and attractions. the rooms were spacious and had large balconies, offering a great view of the surroundings.

We were disappointed by several aspects of our stay. the rooms were not soundproof, which resulted in a lot of disturbance from neighboring rooms.

Comfortable base for exploring, with world-class Aquarium nearby. Short drive to Botanical Gardens, excellent coffee shop. Clean, with good kitchenette. Balcony room offers mountain views. Secure basement parking, friendly staff. No breakfast tried.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in a great location, with fantastic amenities. The staff, especially Jo, were friendly and welcoming. The hotel also had a delicious dumpling restaurant attached. The rooms were comfortable and the pool area was spacious. the price was well within budget, considering its proximity to the city and easy access to car hire places and the highway.

I stayed at Sunshine Tower for work purposes. The location is decent for the price, although I wouldn't recommend it for a holiday. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting us with our luggage and even turning on the AC before check-in. The rooms were great, with a comfortable bed and a spacious shower with good water flow. I particularly loved the unique large shower head. The room also had convenient amenities like a microwave, fridge, and kettle with coffee provided. The balcony, although overlooking the road, was peaceful, and I enjoyed watching the beautiful sight of fruit-bats flying over the city at dusk. a pleasant stay and I plan on returning later in the year.
