I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The value for money was fantastic, and the room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful painted ceiling and a balcony. The location was perfect, right next to the heart of the old town, and the staff were incredibly responsive and helpful.

The morning meal could have been improved with a greater variety of options.

our second stay in perugia was even better than the first. iris exceeded our expectations with its beautiful historical building, comfortable room with frescoes, and spotless amenities. the staff was helpful and kind, making our romantic trip truly memorable.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the hotel was extremely quiet despite its proximity to a busy street. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the city and basilica from our room. The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was just a short walk to the escalator that takes you to the Old Town. Additionally, the hotel was close to a bus terminal, making it easy for us to travel to other towns in the region. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and provided us with great advice on getting around and restaurant recommendations. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the delicious breakfast options available.
