The sliding doors gracefully lead to expansive balconies with stunning views. I felt like a VIP departing for regional adventures. the staff provided friendly service without sneaky charges.

the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from arranging tours to recommending the best restaurants in town. the location is unbeatable, right on the Esplanade, and within walking distance of all the major attractions in Cairns. Our kids loved the pool area, and the outdoor dining options were perfect for relaxing mornings. the beautiful view of the waterfront added an extra charm to our stay. Plus, the hotel even had a cute little furry mascot that stole our hearts!

If there is one small improvement that could be made, it would be ensuring consistency in the quality of the apartments. Sometimes, like in apartment 205, there can be differences in size and amenities compared to others, which might affect the overall experience.

My stay at Vision was truly enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a memorable experience. A special thank you to Lisa for upgrading me to a beautiful apartment due to a faulty aircon. It was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The facilities were excellent and the location was perfect. The simple gestures like the lovely flowers and cakes made my holiday even more wonderful. I can't recommend this property enough if you're looking for a great stay at an affordable price.

The daily servicing was a bit misleading as it only involved removing rubbish and tidying the kitchen. It wasn't a full cleaning service as advertised.

We had an amazing trip staying in a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment. the location was perfect, within walking distance of great shops, restaurants, and attractions. the apartment was very clean and well-maintained, with modern appliances and daily housekeeping. We appreciated the wonderful security and secure undercover parking, which made us feel safe and secure. Plus, the views were breathtaking, we loved waking up to the beautiful scenery every morning.

The only negative aspect of our stay was that our apartment did not have a great view. Although, if we could have, we would have preferred to have the ocean view to fully enjoy our balcony.

We stayed at Vision Apartments for our family trip to Australia. The amenities provided were thoughtful and generous, like the abundance of cleaning supplies and cooking essentials. The rooms were spotless and the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved having access to Netflix and the convenience of two bathrooms and three TVs in the apartment. The mountain view from the sixth-floor balcony was breathtaking, and the location was perfect for walking to town or renting a car. Laundry was a breeze with the American-style equipment. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of the apartments is great, as it is close to restaurants and shopping areas. It is very convenient to be so close to everything that the city has to offer. The apartment rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and TVs in every room. The bathrooms are clean and some even have lovely deep baths.

Vision Apartments in Cairns was absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The three bedroom apartment was huge, clean, and well stocked. The cooling options were excellent, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, with beautiful views, close to restaurants and attractions, and just a short distance from the airport. The pool facilities were fantastic, and the outdoor area was great for the whole family. We had a wonderful holiday and can't wait to book again.
