The breakfast served was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. the bed was extremely comfortable, providing for a great night's sleep. the hotel's location was perfect, not too far from the city center or local attractions.

The check-in process was a bit chaotic, with untrained staff trying to handle multiple guests at once. This resulted in a delay in my check-in process.

The Harmonie Vienna is an amazing hotel! the rooms are clean and welcoming, with the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. the breakfasts are fresh and delicious, with a daily traditional Austrian dish. the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing lots of information and even offering to print my boarding pass. the afternoon tea and homemade cake in the lobby/library is a lovely touch. When I'm in Vienna again, I'll definitely choose Premier Collection at Harmonie!

I had a wonderful time during my stay here! The location is perfect for those who want to stay in a peaceful neighbourhood as it is located in a quiet area just off the main street. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel quite welcome during my stay. The hotel room was perfect with plenty of amenities that made my stay comfortable. I especially appreciated the in-room safe and soundproofed rooms.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with top-notch service and amenities.

Excellent city hotel

We stayed for 2 nights during a city break and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning and a safe. The breakfast selection was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was convenient, just a short walk to the old city and the Schottentor Metro station. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and provided us with valuable information about nearby attractions and transportation options. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Vienna. the receptionists at the Harmonie were unbelievably charming and some of the most hospitable people I've ever encountered. They provided me with a city map and gave me excellent directions. the hotel's location was great, as it was close to the subway and even closer to tram D0, which takes you around the famous Vienna ring road. the city center is absolutely stunning and a definite must-see. the beds were comfortable and they had a wonderful selection of pillows to choose from. the wifi worked flawlessly and the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities. the staff were friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. the room was impeccably clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job. the breakfast was delicious, with high-quality ingredients and a variety of options. I especially enjoyed the freshly squeezed organic juice and the cheese selections. the staff at breakfast were attentive and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay and exceptional hospitality.
