The location of this apartment was absolutely mind-blowing! We were able to explore the entire inner city just by walking. There were endless amazing restaurants and even a supermarket just a short 3-minute walk away. The rooms were super spacious and had a modern feel, plus the well-equipped kitchen was a major bonus. We were also thrilled with the easy and convenient communication with the staff and the fact that keys were left in a lockbox. The surrounding area had everything we needed, from shops to restaurants. The apartment itself had high ceilings and large European windows, giving it a jaw-dropping charm. The sheets were crisp and clean, and although there was only one toilet and shower, the overall experience was amazing. Having a TV in the bedroom would have been nice, but the fantastic location made up for any minor shortcomings. We would definitely rent this place again in a heartbeat.

We loved the convenient location with plenty of nearby restaurants, bakeries, and a grocery store. It was a quick walk to Stephenplatz and all the historical attractions of the city. The 2 bedroom apartment was great value for our travels in Austria and Germany.

We felt lucky because there were no complaints at all.

I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in a central location in Vienna. Heymi Apartments Stephansdom really exceeded my expectations. The communication with the staff was excellent, and they were very helpful in providing information and assistance. The apartment itself was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge area. The location was also great, close to supermarkets, bakeries, and public transportation. I especially liked the traditional wooden floors and the convenience of having a washing machine. my experience at Heymi Apartments Stephansdom was like staying in a 5-star hotel, but even better!

We had a great stay at Heymi Apartments. The centrally located apartment was very spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was a bakery and pastry shop conveniently located across the street, and the U-bahn stop was just a minute's walk away. Within a 10-minute walk, we found great gelato and good restaurants. The apartment had lots of windows that let in a refreshing breeze and plenty of natural light. Despite the city location, it was surprisingly quiet at night once we closed the windows and shutters. We had no issues with obtaining the keys as long as we made arrangements in advance.

The value for money at Heymi Apartments Stephansdom was excellent, with a spacious and well-equipped room that was even better than the pictures. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Old City and with easy access to public transportation. The staff were amazing, with Martin and Viktoria providing exceptional service and immediate responses to all our inquiries.

Likes or Best Aspects: During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the convenient location of the apartment. It was just a short walk away from all the iconic attractions, allowing me to explore the city on foot. Plus, there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including a butcher, wine and cheese shop, and a supermarket, making it easy for me to pick up any essentials or indulge in some local delicacies. The fact that there was a subway station just a few steps away also made it incredibly convenient to travel around the city.

Dislikes or Worst Aspects: However, there were a few downsides that I encountered during my stay.

The apartment was bright, clean and so comfortable. It had everything we needed, including fresh towels and extra bedding. We were grateful for the option to store our bags on arrival so that we could start exploring the city right away. The location was excellent, with great restaurants and bars nearby.

The payment process was not ideal, as they charged our card without prior notice. It would have been helpful to know about this in advance to plan our finances accordingly.

Located right in a shopping mall, the Heymi Apartments provided a convenient base in the center. Close to the St Stephen cathedral, the living area offered easy access to supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants. The spacious apartment had high ceilings and large European windows, allowing in plenty of light and breeze. Clean and crisp sheets made for a comfortable stay.

The lift was old and slow.

Very spacious and beautifully decorated apartment, equipped with everything a family could need. Surprisingly quiet despite being located in a bustling shopping area. Conveniently surrounded by EXCELLENT restaurants, shops, and sightseeing attractions. Above a fantastic bakery! Easy communication, free Wi-Fi, comfortable beds.

The staff at the apartments are super helpful and friendly, answering all our questions and providing great service. The apartments themselves are spacious with lovely high ceilings, and they are warm and easy to cool down if needed. The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral and close to restaurants and a supermarket. The airport transfer service is convenient and reasonably priced at €35 for 1-3 passengers.

The communication with Heymi Apartments Stephansdom was excellent. They provided prompt responses and support in accessing the property and getting from the airport. The large apartment in a traditional building had wooden floors, comfortable beds, and a spacious lounge area. The kitchen and bathroom were excellent and there was even a washing machine with a great drying rack. We loved the location, as it was close to supermarkets, bakeries, good coffee, and transportation. Having opening windows was a bonus.

Phone call availability was limited from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, which made it difficult for us to contact them during our travel time. It would be better if they had more flexibility for phone calls.
