I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and within a 10-minute walk of all the main attractions. The hotel facilities were great and I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good choice of fresh food options.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. Plus, the complimentary breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start our day on a good note.

Worst Housekeeping and Limited Amenities. The housekeeping service was a bit lacking as our cups were not cleaned and supplies like tea bags and sugar were not replenished.

We have stayed at Hotel Am Schubertring for the fourth time and it never disappoints. The location is perfect, right in the center of all the tourist sites and easy to reach from the airport by train. The staff is incredibly friendly and the room was lovely, clean, and well-equipped with amenities like a coffee machine, refrigerator. The daily cleaning service was excellent and didn't disrupt our stay. We also appreciated the nearby restaurant with delicious schnitzels and the convenience of a McDonald's and Spar supermarket across the road. we felt very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

With easy access to public transportation and car rental services nearby, exploring the city and visiting attractions like Schonbrunn Palace was a breeze. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were super comfortable and clean, providing a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is situated between Schubertring and Kartner-ring, allowing easy access to all the main attractions. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and friendly, making us feel welcome and ensuring a pleasant stay. The service provided was exceptional, with amenities such as room service, dry cleaning, and bell staff/porter available. We also appreciated the free shuttle service, airport shuttle, and tours/ticket assistance.
