Staff is exceptional. They made every effort to address concerns. The location shines, just a short stroll to Disney Springs. The lobby is inviting, but the room situation is misleading. Expectations weren't met with a room in a separate, motel-like building. Humidity issues persisted in multiple rooms. I had to escalate complaints to receive a room change. That shouldn't happen. Disappointing amenities, like a broken hot tub, further detracted from the experience. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and cleanliness standards fell short. While the pool area is pleasant, management must focus on genuine hospitality rather than pushy timeshare tactics. This venue has potential, but significant improvements are required to elevate the experience.

The Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista offers a fantastic location near Disney Springs, making it convenient for family outings. The pool is a highlight, providing a fun atmosphere for kids.

The location is fantastic and close to plenty of attractions, the pool area is great for kids and there are activities planned daily for them, the staff are super friendly and eager to help out with any questions.

It wasn't the cheapest option out there but it's worth it for what you get.

Super close to Disney Springs, just a 5-minute walk. Rooms are clean and comfy with great beds and quality linens. Full fridge included and a small shop in the lobby for snacks and drinks. Staff was really helpful with our luggage. The only downside is the soundproofing isn't great. Still a solid pick.

I loved how this hotel was just a short 10-minute walk to Disney Springs, which made exploring the area so easy, with spots like Crush 'n' Gusher and Characters in Flight also within 2 km for even more fun; the pools were fantastic for all ages, and the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the rooms could use some remodeling to enhance the overall experience.

The shuttle service was convenient, and the staff showed great spirit, but the constant sales pitches for timeshares felt intrusive. It has potential, but the experience was mixed; I might give it another shot if I stay in the tower.

Noise from the outside was a real issue—trucks arrived early, disrupting sleep with loud beeps and alarms. The air conditioning was also noisy at night. The bed was comfortable, but the overall accessibility was frustrating, especially with distant entrances. Housekeeping knocked way too early, which was unsettling. On a bright note, the location was prime, with easy access to Disney Springs and a fantastic pool area for relaxation after long park days.
