The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and accommodated all of our needs. the beds were clean and tidy, and each bunk had extra plug-ins for charging our devices. We had our own private bathroom and shower, and fresh towels, shampoo, and body wash were provided daily. the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the full board room was a great addition, with storage space for our gear and even a heated area for our boots. the free breakfast had a variety of options and never ran out. the bar was also a highlight, with happy hour and a chance to socialize with other guests. Ramat Niseko Villa exceeded our expectations and we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Niseko. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and ski lifts. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, providing a comfortable stay during our business trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The breakfast served each morning was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel had great facilities, including a heated ski and boot room, making it easy to store our gear.

One minor downside was the need to take a shuttle bus or walk back to the hotel after a day on the slopes.

They provided timely shuttles to the gondola and even gave me great tips on where to find the best powder stashes as a newbie in Niseko. the bar onsite was affordable and a fun place to have conversations at the daily happy hour. the room I had to myself was super comfy, clean, and quiet, offering the perfect environment to rest after a day of exploring the slopes.

The easy access to the mountains via the shuttle was a huge plus, and the free rides in the morning to catch the first chair were excellent. The nightly shuttle to town was perfect for enjoying dinner and drinks, with the convenience of being picked up and shuttled back to the lodge. The 2nd floor bar provided great entertainment, and I loved the warm mud room for drying out my gear. The knowledgeable staff also helped me find the best places to find quality snow on the mountain. it was a great experience and I would definitely stay at Ramat Niseko Villa again.

I recently stayed at a cozy lodge in the picturesque snowy mountains. The friendly staff provided excellent service, from the free delicious breakfast to the convenient shuttle service to the ski resorts. The comfortable beds and spacious rooms made for a cozy retreat after a day on the slopes. The lodge's location between two ski resorts was perfect for exploring the area without lengthy travel. it was a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to return!

Plus, it felt super safe as we could leave our belongings in the communal lounge area without any worries.

If I had to nitpick, the mattress was a bit uncomfortable, and the doorways were a little low. But honestly, these were minor inconveniences that didn't overshadow the overall experience.
