I recently stayed at Sky City Hotel for my parents' visit. The room was cosy, the bed was comfy, and the washroom was just as shown in the photos. The complimentary airport pick-up was a big bonus, especially since our flight was delayed. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The location of this place near a crowded market made it so convenient for exploring and shopping. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the bell staff/porter to the housekeeping. They were always attentive and willing to assist with any request. The room itself was very well-maintained and had all the amenities one could ask for. The comfortable bed, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of services like car hire and dry cleaning, which added to the convenience factor.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

the hotel exceeded my expectations- a great place for families with kids to play safely, with a beautiful swimming pool and fitness facilities. The breakfast was delicious and had a European touch, which is hard to find in Dhaka.

We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful, greeting us with smiles each morning. We were pleasantly surprised by the free airport transfer when we arrived. The gym/fitness center was spacious and well-equipped, allowing for a quality workout. The breakfast offered a good variety of tasty local dishes. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the hot water in the shower was consistent. we were very impressed with the level of service and the amenities provided.

That the room itself was just average compared to other 4-star hotels. However, this was easily overlooked considering the great service and facilities offered here.

Celebrating new year at this hotel was a great experience. We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and airport transfer. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants.

The noise level was quite high, especially at night, which made it difficult to sleep for light sleepers. the rooftop did not live up to our expectations, and it appeared that it was not in use.

Our stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The room had a nice and cozy atmosphere, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. Despite its location not being near a park, it was conveniently located near a crowded market. The staff provided excellent service, including a complimentary airport pick-up. Additionally, the facilities such as the gym and pool were outstanding, although they required a small charge for access.

One small confusion occurred during check-in, where there was a mix-up with the room type initially assigned. However, the hotel quickly resolved the issue.

During our stay at Sky City Hotel, we experienced exceptional service from the staff. They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. On top of that, they went above and beyond by allowing us to check in and out earlier than usual, without any extra cost, to accommodate our early morning flights. We would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Alam for his professional and kind assistance in resolving two issues we had. The hotel itself was impeccable - clean, modern, and with a very comfortable bed. We were even greeted with a welcome fruit basket and drinks. There was only one small drawback during our stay. As we were asked to wait before leaving for the airport, we were offered a cup of instant coffee.
