The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the main train station and bus stations. It made it so easy to get around and explore the city. The staff at the hotel were also very helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. I especially enjoyed the free flow of coffee, tea, and soft drinks, as well as the daily cocktails. It was a nice touch to be able to relax and enjoy a drink without having to leave the hotel. The massage shower in the room was also a great feature, it was so relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

There were a few negative aspects that detracted from my experience at the hotel. there was often a long queue for breakfast, which was quite frustrating.

The location was phenomenal, just a short walk away from the train station and close to the shopping area. The inclusion of a public spa was a pleasant surprise, and the welcome drink offered each evening was a nice touch. The breakfast provided a great variety of options that catered to both eastern and western palates. the facilities were comfortable and met all of my needs, including the free laundry and umbrellas provided.

One minor issue was that the room was quite small, making it a bit challenging to figure out where to put our luggage. Additionally, some of the staff appeared a bit aloof, which didn't affect the quality of their service but could have been more pleasant.
